Employees speaking up when observing (potential) misbehaviour is the most effective way for companies to discover unethical behaviour. Therefore, having an appropriate whistleblowing policy, ensuring confidentiality and protection of the Whistleblower, is essential.

If you observe misbehaviour or misconduct, you need to speak up. By doing so, you give Keraben Grupo, SAU the opportunity to deal with the issue. Remaining silent about possible misconduct may worsen a situation and decrease trust.
